Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OrgMapAI (“the Service”), operated by McGlennon Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person, one account; share workspaces, not credentials.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to: violate the law, infringe IP, generate CSAM or terrorism content, send spam, attack or reverse-engineer our systems, or build a competing platform from data scraped from OrgMapAI.

3. Your content & data

You own the data and content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content as needed to operate the Service. We will not train any third-party model on your Customer Content.

4. AI outputs

The Service uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate outputs (“AI Content”). AI Content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI Content before relying on it. We make no warranty about its accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement.

5. BYOK

If you provide your own API keys, you agree to your provider’s terms. We act as a relay; we do not control or warrant the provider’s behavior.

6. Billing

Free trial: $10 in managed credits, no card. Personal Pro: $20/month or $200/year, billed via Stripe. Credit packs are non-expiring; refundable per Section 9. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice for active subscribers.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime in /settings/plan or by contacting support@orgmapai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the Service or other users. We will give reasonable notice except where doing so creates legal or security risk.

9. Refunds

Subscription time refunded pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. Unused credit-pack balance refunded in full within 30 days; afterwards by request.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
