Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how McGlennon Enterprises (“we”) handles personal data through OrgMapAI (“the Service”).

What we collect

• Account data: email address, OAuth-provider IDs, display name.
• Workspace data: companies, roles, agents, integrations, memory, tasks, outputs you create.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature events (via PostHog if you accept cookies), error reports (via Sentry, no PII).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only the customer ID and subscription status.

What we don’t collect

• We do not train AI models on your data.
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not load third-party tracking pixels.

Cookies

If you accept the cookie banner, PostHog drops a first-party cookie for product analytics. Decline and no analytics cookies are set. Sentry uses session storage (not cookies) for error tracing.

Subprocessors

Cloudflare (hosting, CDN), Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (billing), Anthropic/OpenAI/Google (AI inference, only when used), PostHog (analytics, opt-in), Sentry (errors).

Your rights

• Access: export your data via the dashboard or by request.
• Deletion: delete your account in /settings; takes effect within 30 days.
• Correction: edit profile data inline; for fields you can’t edit, email us.
• Portability: JSON export available on request.

EU/UK residents: lawful basis is contract performance and legitimate interest. You may file a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California residents: we do not “sell” personal data under the CCPA.

Retention

Active accounts: indefinitely. Deleted accounts: data purged within 30 days; backups within 90.

Not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
