FAQ
When does the trial end? +
14 days from signup. Running out of the $10 in managed credits does not end your trial and does not lock your workspace — it just stops inference that runs on our pooled keys. Add your own API key (BYOK) and you keep working for the rest of the 14 days. Heavy users on the managed pool may burn the $10 in 2-3 days, which is why we support BYOK during the trial. No card on file during trial — no auto-charge.
Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)? +
Yes, on every tier including the free trial. Bring your Anthropic / OpenAI / Google key and that seat's tokens bill direct to your provider, bypassing our managed pool entirely. You can mix per seat: some BYOK, some on the managed pool with credits.
Do I need a paid plan to use BYOK? +
Not during the trial — BYOK works from day one. After the 14 days you need Personal Pro to keep using the platform at all, whether or not you BYOK. That is because the platform itself — orchestration, memory, integrations, edge functions — costs money to run regardless of whose API key handles inference. Pro covers the platform; BYOK covers your inference.
How do credit packs differ from the subscription? +
Pro includes $10/mo of managed credits. If you exclusively BYOK, you don't need credit packs and the subscription just covers platform access. If you use the managed pool (no BYOK on a seat), credits are consumed at the provider's list token rate — we don't mark inference up — and you can top up with credit packs anytime. They never expire.
Refunds? +
Unused subscription time refunded pro-rata within 14 days. Unused credit packs refunded in full within 30 days, or anytime by request for the full balance.
Is my data private? +
Workspace-scoped. We do not train on your data, full stop. See our security page for the technical details.
