FAQ
What happens when my $10 trial runs out? +
Your workspace stays active in read-only mode. To keep running tasks, either subscribe to Personal Pro for $20/mo (includes $10 in credits) or switch to BYOK — bring your own Anthropic / OpenAI / Google key and the credit pool becomes irrelevant.
Can I bring my own API keys? +
Yes. BYOK is supported at every tier including Trial. When BYOK is configured for a seat, that seat's tokens are billed by the provider directly and our managed credit pool is bypassed. You can mix: some seats BYOK, others on the managed pool.
How do credit packs differ from the subscription? +
The $20/mo subscription gives you priority access to the shared workspace pool. Credit packs are prepaid token allowances on top — buy more anytime, never expire. If you exclusively BYOK, you don't need credit packs.
Refunds? +
Unused subscription time refunded pro-rata within 14 days. Unused credit packs refunded in full within 30 days, or anytime by request for the full balance.
Is my data private? +
Workspace-scoped. We do not train on your data, full stop. See our security page for the technical details.
